Ferol M. Vernon, President of FEV Communications Ferol started FEV Communications in 2005 after realizing that smaller businesses and non-profits had nowhere to turn for their marketing and communications needs. Since that time he has made it his goal to provide creative solutions to fit every budget. Deeply interested in web visibility and the future of communications online, Ferol believes there is no better way to start a campaign than on the internet. A graduate of Boston Universtiy in 2002, Ferol has worked in the non-profit medical field since that time, only recently devoting his passion to FEV and his clients. Rita E. Watson, MPH, is the designer of The TACT® Strategies for effective decision making.  You may have seen her talk about her work on the NBC Today Show, on Good Day New York, or a host of news shows.  Her book "The Art of Decision Making" was based on a model she taught at Yale University.  Now this simple strategy: Take a Minute, Assess the Situation, Consider the Alternative, and Take a Stand can help you become a more confident and positive decision maker.             

Her career began at The New York Times where she spent 12 years as an editor and feature writer on health and medicine for the Sunday editions.  Rita Watson then went to Yale School of Medicine, Department of Epidemiology and Public Health and stayed at Yale for more than 12 years writing, teaching, and serving as a family policy advocate.  It was in writing a book about women betraying women in the workforce that she developed The TACT Strategiesâ.  This coping skills model for health care professionals helps alleviate stress when making personal, professional, and medical choices. These stress management strategies are the basis for her keynote speeches and teaching programs. 
 
An associate fellow at Yale’s Ezra Stiles College, Ms. Watson has written and edited seven books and a wide range of articles for magazines and newspapers.  She has also written,
